Reducing and sizing unit: The unit consists of 2 rack reducing machine and 2 rack sizing machine. The reduction machine is designed with three shift mechanisms by the gearbox, which can realize 8 kinds of speed configurationsLikewise, the sizing machine consists of a gearbox and a rolling mill. The gearbox is designed with three shift mechanisms, allowing for eight speed configurations. The entire unit can achieve sixty-four speed configurations
